Our wines
Special attention goes to our wine. When people think about Italy, it is hard to forget the wine. Just the same goes for the wonderful landscapes, the sunlit wine gardens, and the temperamental residents of this culinary country.
The ancient history of Italy is the reason for its largest diversity in wine selections. Italy comprises many independent regions, each of which developed its identity through its own language, customs, cookery, and viticulture. Ours wines come from the south region of Campania. This region is admired for its history, culture, traditions, art, lifestyle, & its magnificent regional capital, Nepals. The Campania region receives lots of tourism because of their famous sights. Amalfi Kust, The Ischia & Capri Islands, and not to mention, the beautiful city, Napels. There are plenty more to mention. In this case, Mount Vesuvius is not entirely unimportant to mention. It produces many fine wines on the fertile volcanic soil surrounding Mount Vesuvius. You can probably recognize a few such as Greco di tuffo or Falanghina. The red wine, Gragnano, is famous in the Campania region. Here in The Netherlands is it almost unknown. Its unfortunate because Gragnano is number one on our list of favorites.
